How do I use the playbook workspace (Play / Code / History)?

TL;DR: Each playbook opens in a full-screen workspace with three main tabs: Play (run and watch the workflow graph), Code (edit steps), and History (past runs). Builders also see Connectors when the playbook needs external connections.
Who this is for
All users who open a playbook. Builders use all tabs; Members primarily use Play and History.
What is the Play tab?
The Play tab is where you run and monitor playbooks:
- Fill in inputs if the playbook requires them.
- Click Run to start execution.
- Watch step-by-step progress on the visual graph.
- Inspect logs and outputs for each step.
What is the Code tab?
The Code tab is the step editor:
- View and edit Code and HTTP steps.
- See the step list and properties panel.
- Use Ask Ballet in the Console to modify steps.
Builders only — Members do not see the Code tab.
What is the History tab?
The History tab shows past runs:
- Run status (success, failure, in progress)
- Timestamps and duration
- Links to detailed run output
What is the Connectors panel?
When a playbook needs external services, the Connectors tab lets Builders attach MCP servers and integrations specific to that playbook.
